Excellent care and given confidence from the experience. All this made my anxiety go away. The reassurance from Merci has been top notch!! I know I am in good hands. The knowledge Merci showed was astonishing Not felt rushed. I cannot say enough about Merci! Her patient care is off the charts. Thank you for having dental workers like Merci who care about their patients. On another note, Cory was quick to assist me showed complete professionalism. Aspen Dental should be extremely appreciative of people like Merci and Cory. I highly recommend them for dental care.

I recently visited Aspen Dental and had a great experience overall. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and ran efficiently, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. I especially want to recognize Kay for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made my visit much more enjoyable. The dental team was thorough and made sure I understood my treatment options without feeling pressured. I appreciated how they focused on both my comfort and my dental health.

I recently visited Aspen Dental in Lawrence after some time away, and I was genuinely happy to find the staff just as friendly and welcoming as ever. Kay—who I’m guessing loves the color pink—made getting new X-rays quick and completely painless. She handled everything with ease while assisting multiple patients at once, which really speaks to how skilled and dedicated she is. A true asset to the Aspen Dental team. I never thought I’d say this about a dentist visit, but I’m actually looking forward to going back for my cleaning and starting procedures so I can smile confidently again. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

The staff here is wonderful! From the moment I met Kay, I felt at ease—she was incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond. The hygienist who examined my gums (I wish I remembered her name!) was fantastic as well. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and her warm demeanor made the experience even better. Dr. Gohil was excellent—professional, personable, and reassuring. I’ve never loved going to the dentist, but this team makes the experience so much less stressful and genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, I was stressed about providing my insurance information, and there were slight hiccups in the making for progress to come along. I got discouraged and felt ashamed and was afraid I’d be wasting the office’s time. So by the time I got called back I was reluctant to even BE a patient of Aspen Dental. But I’m not a defiant client, and I don’t want to be banned, so of course you go, right? Assistant Kay directed me towards where I would take my X-rays, and from there, the experience went smoothly. She was very warm and encouraging, occasionally telling me how good I was doing in the process. She coached me through in for lack of a better term, a shepherding way. I felt afraid to be receptive to the experience at first, but once I accepted it, I had a great time. No regrets. I appreciate her kind presence, especially since it reminded me of how impressive the heart of the healthcare worker is. Not only was she friendly to me, she was friendly to MY friend who came with me for moral support. She was funny, and down to earth. Professionally personable. The staff there are amazing.
